This 4K video tour in Berlin City, Germany offers a great way to enjoy a virtual walk and Berlin city on a hot summer day in August 2020. Here I am walking around the Hackescher Markt and Hackescher Höfe. Berlin is the capital and largest city of Germany.

With 3.9 Million inhabitants make it the most populous city proper of the European Union. It is surrounded by the state of Brandenburg, and contiguous with Potsdam, Brandenburg's capital. The two cities are at the center of the Berlin-Brandenburg capital region, which is Germany's third-largest metropolitan region after the Rhine-Ruhr and Rhine-Main regions. Berlin straddles the banks of the River Spree, which flows into the River Havel in the western borough of Spandau. Among the city's main topographical features are the many lakes in the western and southeastern boroughs. Hackescher Markt is a real highlight of city life in the Mitte neighbourhood of Berlin, with art galleries and an Old Town side that are worth seeing. What’s more, the spot continues to be a popular place for local art and graffiti, and remains a landmark for impressive architecture.
I am starting this walk close to the Hackescher Markt then follow a simple route to the Hackescher Höfe where I pass various interesting spots. I will then finish my walk close to the Anne Frank Zentrum.

One of my favorite places in Berlin. I love Hackescher Markt, especially in May on a Saturday evening. The live music, the Spree, the view towards the Dome. Berlin is so unfairly underrated.

Do be mindful that Berlin is a big city. It's foolish to assume a 20 minute walk in one of it's many touristy areas is an accurate representation of what it feels like to live/travel in Berlin. That would be like people thinking, all of New York looks like Time Square. -> not very smart.

Berlin is my no1 city that i like. It's not the most beautiful city but you have everything like nature in the forest, culture, light&sound, clubs etc. I could walk a whole seeing the city. It's just perfect to stay. This makes me miss Berlin more and more. My 1st visit Berlin was 2017 and i go there every year. But i'm not be able to visit this winter that's sad because a virus. @@JapanPotato I admire the Japanese and their culture. Nobody could tell the Japanese that it would be a good idea to have millions of Muslims, Arabs and Africans in their country, right? The Germans are supposed to do this, and this has irreversible effects.
