[4K] Taking a chair lift up to the summit of Mt. Gushmore in Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park at Walt Disney World.
There are 2 Disney Water Parks at Walt Disney World in Florida. One is called Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and another called Disney's Blizzard Beach. Admission is about $55 to $60 per day and allow access to both water parks on the same day.

I love this chair lift! It also goes to show you that disney did not have to remove the skyway at the magic kingdom if they are allowed to keep this in working order!

I thought this attraction was brilliant when I went to Blizzard Beach. The water park itself was better than Typhoon Lagoon in my opinion

It was October, not the peak spring break or summer crowds at Disney. Also no one really thinks to go to a waterpark in October, even in Florida.

I'm from Australia, the chairlifts in the local shows got taken down because of safety concerns, the chairlift at dreamworld got scrapped, but the cable car in sea world on the gold coast in northern Australia is still rolling high in the sky

I nearly got crushed front first to death by the 'skis' that are under the seats when I got off! they had to stop the ride just that I could get out of the situation. This happened a few years ago.

They should get a detachable lift, although that lift is still cool Edit: There would be no need for one because it only takes 4 minutes

It’s still one of the slowest fixed grip chairlifts in the world, you’re right a detachable would be overkill, but this thing must be running at like 0.5 meters per second, and fixed grip chairlifts run between 1.5 and 3 mps, so they could easily double the speed without adding any more loading difficulties
