Absolutely it is easy! The distance between New International terminal T2 and Domestic Terminal T1 is just between 100 to 150 meters, and the passengers may transfer between International and the Domestic Terminal by a link building, which consists a flyover travellator to joint both terminals, and transportation is also done by battery golf carts with frequency of every 10 to 20 minutes. Whereas T3 will be soon demolished and a new Terminal is to be built in upcoming years. And yes! The New Terminal T2 is currently in operation for some for the International airlines like Biman Bangladesh and Duty-free shopping is available after Security, along with newsstands and other stores selling locally made and luxury gifts.
