Great video. Sanctuary Cove is truly a Gem.

It is a wondering place for retirement and relaxing 😊 compared to Sydney or Melbourne.👍

Kangaroos virtually on your doorstep, world-class golf courses, all the eateries and amenities you could desire (easily accessible via golf cart), I can see why Australians flock to this region of the Gold Coast, especially retirees, who can safely age in-place. As usual, the homes are simply stunning, especially the waterfront properties (with their own private docks) overlooking the Coomera River. It's hard to believe that development came to a standstill for roughly a decade after the first two developers (Mike Gore and EIE International) fell into bankruptcy. Things are definitely back on track under the current developer, Mulpha Australia Limited.
