Moriones is fairly close to Pritil, I usually shop at the Pritil wet market for fresh seafoods.

Nice festival. What is this festival?

It's the annual festivity (Fiesta) in honor of a saint (Santo Nino). It is celebrated every third Sunday in January. Part of the tradition is to prepare food in each household to entertain and feed invited guests, they also do parade in the streets carrying the figures bearing likeness of the Saint.
