Unfortunately it was thick overcast skies here on Saturday, so we couldn't see it even though we had like 70% coverage. That won't be a problem in April for what I have planned 🤫.
@@sla31 We lucked out here. The clouds cleared up just in time for the eclipse to begin and then, they rolled back after it was all done. I captured lots of pictures to record this event, posted it on my FB page. We will have very poor coverage for the one next spring.
I don't haha. It is a monthly struggle to keep this channel going. Because it costs a lot of money to run considering I pay for every flight you see out of my own pocket. RU-vid ad revenues is where the bulk of it comes from, but that has been way down recently. That's why I recently moved from 3 full flights per week to 2.
As Ben stated... No, I do not fly every day. What I do is fly enough on the days I do fly, to have enough footage to post every day. Since I fly just to get footage for this channel, I often fly 3 or 4 segments every day. My record is 8 in one day. So, that means I can fly around 8 days per month and still have enough footage to post every day.

Thankfully mine was free on this particular day. It's funny... Ever since I roasted Breeze on social media for their epic Memorial Day melt down which led to them cancelling my flight and telling myself and my 5 family members "good luck" getting home, they've been really nice to me... It's weird haha.
