TLDR: I agree matchmaking needs work but a player in game vote system isn't the way to solve the issue of these degenerates because it is usually abused. So the issue with the vote to boot option is people will join with a large party and abuse majority vote. The way Xbox Live (the back end matchmaking system in most games) is supposed to handle it is with a reputation system. People who are repeatedly blocked (and or reported) have their accounts flagged and are suppose to have a more difficult time finding games with people who are nice actors. Problem is, we still get people with poor reputations in our games. People with "Needs Work" or "Avoid me" on their gamertag should not be allowed to matchmake for a period of time in my opinion. Bare minimum they should be matched with other people who have "needs work" or "avoid me" flagged on their profile. And when this inevitably increases their times to find matches have a pop up that they have been placed on some sort of probation and can only play with the rest of the degenerates. I don't care if people pay to play online (on xbox) you don't have the right to ruin the experience of other people who play online. Apparently game publishers or the Xbox Live system thinks otherwise...Anyway that's a big reason I started opening my firefight lobby up to subs (I guess anyone who happens unto the stream but it's mostly subs I think) because I would like to think you all won't try annoy me and kill each other.
