The "Xin Er Road Air Raid Shelter" is currently the largest air raid shelter in Keelung, with east and west tunnels allowing people to traverse through natural rock formations inside.
At the top platform of Keelung Tower, there is a "Sky Walk" offering stunning views of Keelung city and the harbor.
