This is one of my favorite videos I’ve seen of Japan. The sound, the colorful businesses, all the interesting looking people. There’s a girl with a great smile who sees you filming @ 1:24, Watching the guy walk barefoot, I imagine stepping on warm pavement during the rain feels amazing. Hearing people giggle and run through puddles brings back a kind of dreamy nostalgic feeling. Thank you for this experience.
I'm glad people are still doing their thing despite the heavy rain. Remember, it's only water and as long as you're not drowning in one, you should be ok. 👍👍
Here in Norway, people look dissatisfied in weather like this. In Japan they just laughing and smiling. I've been i Japan 3 times and i love it, the vibe is always good! ❤🇯🇵 ❤
Love this type of video ! You braved the deluge to show us the neighborhood, with all the beautiful lights, the people, the ambience ! There was some high water in some places. I hope everybody's shoes are not ruined. Keep posting more walking videos, I love these. As much as possible, during walks, stop and show us some of the shops on both sides of the street too. I love seeing Tokyo.
I def recommend the Sweet box crepes in Takashita Street you see in this video! Very delicious, I hope to go back one day soon. There also used to be a cosplay store around that corner.
I miss japan in the rain like this while still warm and humid. Top marks for an awesome video in the rain, not many would go into the trouble, yoku dekimashita, arigatou!
Japan gets significantly more rain than Seattle and also, Seattle tends to have drier storms due to the olympics (it has a lot of rainy days but not a ton of hugely rainy single days...)
They're the cheapest ones. Some stores and restaurants give them for free or borrow to customers if they truly need one. They had a issue of ppl not returning them or stealing them. Alot of times they just end up as trash.
"Santa Monica Crepes" always cracks me up... Santa Monica today is not a good city in Southern California. Lots of crime, lots of street people and residents moving away because of all of that plus it is one of the more expensive cities to live in. The city is completely mismanaged. But I've never seen a Fender Guitar store like the one you have there. Very nice.
Hi can I ask what camera set up you use? What setting do you have on your camera? How do you get the video to be so bright and clear in such low light conditions?
