The Lonja de la Seda "Silk Exchange")is a late Valencian Gothic-style civil building in Valencia, Spain. It is a principal tourist attraction in the city.
Built between 1482 and 1533, la Lonja is composed of three parts (plus the Orange Garden - a walled court-yard). The main hall, Sala de Contratacion, is a large lavishly decorated space supported by gorgeous twisted columns.
In 1996 UNESCO listed it as a World Heritage Site. Its listing states that "the site is of outstanding universal value as it is a wholly exceptional example of a secular building in late Gothic style, which dramatically illustrates the power and wealth of one of the great Mediterranean mercantile cities.

Hello dear shiso. What a charming place, and a superbly well made video with fitting background music. I can say immediately, this is without a doubt the most charming place I've seen from your Spain-trip. I love the architecture - interior and exterior - as well as all the greenery around "The Silk Exchange", including those palms I believe are called "King Palms". (but I could be wrong!?!) Also love those little alleys around the premises you show a few glimpses off. This scenery is what I think of, when I think "Spain" (maybe the dinosaur excluded, haha..). A lovely short film overall, that really transmits the atmosphere perfectly - a very "complete experience" watching this, as if I have just been there myself - something that adds much more value to RU-vid imo. Thank you for the trip my friend. 🙂 Warmest greetings, Thomas

Hi Thomas. Yes, these old buildings have a very special charm and it is always nice to walk around there. Unfortunately, many people came up with the same idea and there are already a lot of tourists. But nevertheless there are dinosaurs that make sure that not too many people survive here.. hahaha. I don't know what these palm trees are called, but I think you know it. It was a bit difficult to film there because people are always looking stupidly at the camera. Because the noise from tourism was disturbing, I tried to use the guitar sounds as a contrast. the many old architects still had ideals to create something beautiful. in this sense have a good weekend and warm greetings from the old world. PS: next time it's all about food again...😝

@@ShisoProductions The guitar set the mood perfectly for that Spanish vibe. Food in the next one? Excellent. That I will be anticipating, and please show plenty of the interior and exterior as well. It's as important as the food itself.... almost.... only almost, haha.... Looking forward to another appetizing video. Until then, have a nice nice and productive video. I just finished watching a movie, and will now try to be productive my myself. By the way, do you have any recommendations of newer movies? (I feel there's far between good quality of new movies, too much woke junk) Wishing you a happy weekend, Thomas

Thanks for your further answer. Finding new ideas to create interesting creative material (images and music) is sometimes exhausting. I hope you were able to create something interesting new yourself after watching the film. I like to watch the following two channels and get inspiration: "MoguMogu". (about Food.haha..) and "Timestorm Films". you can find that without a direct link (YT declares that as a spam message...). "Little Chinese Everywhere" also gives very interesting insights. I'm usually not a fan of self-portrayal videos, but the interesting impressions from China (where YT is actually not possible) that she shows are very exciting. "Anna Film Production" makes nice smooth gimbal rides - but cinematically it's a bit monotonous and doesn't tell a story.. But you are right: there is a lot of junk on the net. What recommendations do you have? I'm excited to see what you show us next! up soon! a nice ending of Sunday! warm greetings, shiso

@@ShisoProductions It's always my pleasure to exchange ideas and experiences with you my friend. Oh I only know that "Anna Film Production" and although the shots are smooth, I don't really find it inspiring as it's usually endless walking around, looking forward or sideways. Timestorm I will check out. I can't really recommend anything myself, as I don't really watch much RU-vid. If I watch something, it's usually turtorials, on how to make the most of editing tools, sound editing etc, those things really interests me. (ideas on how to make transitions, titles, colorgrading etc) But I can't think of any specific channel right now, I don't remember the names, haha.. Yes thank you, I had a very productive night last night. I started editing next Episode of the "colorcoded" BKK-series I started. And this episode I only filmed when the weather was horrible, rain, thunder and lightning - for a special moody atmosphere. So I had to wait quite long in between shooting sessions. (I've been to the location filming 3 nights in 4 weeks... waiting for "bad weather" to come, I hope the end result will be worth it) But enough about me, when will you upload the next foodie film? I find food difficult to colorgrade and light can be tricky. What do you think? Warm greetings from Bangkok.... Thomas

Hi Thomas. The pleasure is mine. I totally agree with you. I was only considering "Anna 2" from a cinematic perspective and some interesting locations. But just walking around isn't a movie! I also mainly watch tutorials and info on YT, so these recommendations were difficult as well. I'm really looking forward to your "bad weather" film! Actually, I've wanted to do this for a long time. Not always this postcard idyll. I also had rain at Chiran and, interestingly enough, a lot of people watched it. Stormy weather would be interesting but also a challenge for the equipment. Maybe with your new post you can persuade me to overwhelm my weaker self. In any case, I also believe that such situations are much more exciting to shoot a film. but it's also more tedious... at least I'm looking forward to your next post. I will hopefully finish my next film this week and release the following week. to your question: yes, the color processing for food films is not always easy to make it look delicious. I'm going to put some effort in it. See you soon and have a good new week, shiso
