I love this fireworks show so much, it is my favourite. I am glad they don't have the Beauty and the Beast section now. Personally, I think if they kept it then they should use Be Our Guest and had the fountains go off and some fireworks, but I understand completely why they removed that sections, the songs they used for Beauty and the Beast was just projections and I rewatched the previous Illuminations and thought, 'thank god they got rid of Beauty and the Beast, it was a waste of space in this fireworks show', although I do think they could have replaced it with another movie, maybe added a Marvel section, I mean they do have a Star Wars section
Sad they cut the final part with Ana and Elsa speaking. It gave the show a bit of a storytelling, a sort of ending on a « love each other » note. But this show is great in the sens that we feel the music and it’s powerful when you experience it on the park.
god i wish someday Disneyland Paris take the idea to present us a new show for the 35th anniversary or something, because its time for something new and better than Disney dream or illuminations 😞
DLP should've had an original idea for their 25th, instead they got SHDL's Ignite the Dream. Honestly it's such a disrespect to just copy paste a show from another park for their 25th Milestone. Thank god TDR is doing their own thing. Their 35th show was such a sweet dedication to the park.
For anyone wanting the intro and end part togheter as a stand alone song 🥰 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LZK8UnBHV6c.htmlsi=70sEdWUcog29H3uE
So sad they cut so much of it (beauty and the beast, shortened frozen) and kept the boring nemo part and star wars. This show is sooo 2017. Just to a new one with what’s trendy now (Moana, Encanto, Tangled, etc)
@@Snoepertje23 Beauty and the Beast (live-action specifically) has no pyro cherography whatsoever and is the most boring segment for the show while still was a beautiful and immersive song. That is why DLP cut the segment, considered that drone show is underway. Additionally, given that Shanghai Disneyland no longer have Ignite the Dream since April 2021, this show could be considered an unique nighttime spectacular to DLP.
im not sure if this video is taken recently, because i went on 13 may and its totally different, they have disney illumination show with drone before the fireworks
The reasons of these segements cut are varied. But i believe, they're two factors regarding it. First, specifically for live-action BatB part, these parts were cut due to fact that the segments didn't feature any pyrotechnic elements, so that's necessary for DLP to cut the entire part of the segment. Second, they're already have a new nighttime drone show Disney's electrical sky parade that lasts longer (10 minutes) than its predecessor "Disney D-Light" (only 8 minutes that longest), so, it's also necessary for DLP to cut which segments that are too much to consumed the show.
I'm glad they cut out all the boring parts (Celine Dion's boring song from Beauty and the Beast movie among all). Obviously they did it to save on expenses (fireworks etc.), but I prefer this version.
@@mollaka well normally if a Nighttime spectacular returns in a Shortened form, that normally means that a replacement is most likely on the way, with the most recent example of this being at Shanghai Disneyland. When Ignite the Dream came back after its pandemic closing some of its scenes were cut for time and cost to save up for its replacement Illuminate. I feel that the same thing is happening here especially with Disneyland Paris testing new projections on Sleeping Beauty Castle a few months back. I expect (if I'm correct) Illuminations permanent replacement to be announced at D23. Hopefully that cleared it up.
@@minecraftdisneyresort1984 If I'm not mistaken before Illuminations there's still the drone show. This is the other reason why they shortened it, removing the boring parts.
Cause they admire the show in silence. But it could also be that whoever records the video uses the audio of the quieter day, because I've saw this show live many times and all the people where cheering.
Trop content car je n’aimais pas dream, mais la fumer c’est insupportable, j’espère que ça sera pas tout le temps comme ça car à certain moment comme le final on voit rien
@@timslee0618 The original one did cut some segments in 2020 after Shanghai Disneyland reopening, but much more than in revamped Paris one. Because prior to its replacement by Illuminate, not only half of Frozen segments that are cut (which includes Vuelie that still kept in Disney Illuminations), but also all of Star Wars, When You Wish Upon a Star which includes Mickey carried by Balloon from Up (both are kept intact in Paris revamped version), and two songs from The Lion King (Hakuna Matata and I Can just Wait to be KIng; both are not exist in Illuminations in Paris, but exist in post-2013 version of Disney Dreams!). Paris version of it only cut live-action BatB (which doesn't really make sense for that segment due to no pyro choreography about it) and the second Frozen song (For the First time in forever).
@@timslee0618 Yeah Ignite the Dream and Disney Illuminations are basically the same show with some slight differences. Kinda sad that DLP didn't get a unique show for their 25th, instead it got a ported version of an existing nighttime show.
@ians4535 I wonder if there was some licensing issues with the music for the BATB. I noticed even on DLP's official YT channel the BATB music is dubbed over with an instrumental version when they posted it few years ago
