We had a very bad experience with them, last year my bro celebrated his bday there and they have this open section just next to us, for an event place which was super loud and chaotic as their guests where shouting top of their voices kasi parang bday ata ng isang bagets kaya meron silang pacontest at super loud pa yong tugtog! We can't even hear our own conversations, it was so unnerverving and nerve wracking, halos lahat ng fam ko natrauma ! Never again for us !
You should have asked to be transferred to a different area. We had a same experience being seated beside a very noisy function room in Vikings and they did accommodate us.
