As a spider man fan this game is so much entertaining. Gets hyped and makes you want more. This part of the game had me at the edge of my seat. Fully immersed in the game play. Insomniac killed it.
3 different universe spider people trying to stop a helicopter in across the spider verse, meanwhile this Gigachad by himself (Yes I know it’s bad to make a comparison especially cause this one is out in the open, but regardless, it’s still cool)
The helicopter catch is the hallmark of any great spidey adaptation. It’s a large object that reaches the upper limit of what webs can hold, and it’s on a collision course for a heavily populated area… where it will most likely explode on impact. It’s a tall task with very little margin for error that will hurt a LOT of people if they fail.
The webs did all of the work lol. Plus he was knocked out by the hook block which is very small. This Spider-Man has a hard time stopping cars for crying out loud. His strengths is mainly in his web gadgets, fighting technique, and spider sense.
My only question about this scene has always been- how fucking good is damage control? Spider-man's webs disintegrate after 2 hours. What happens after 2 hours when the webs on that crane disintegrate?? And what happens when spidey webs a bad guy to the 93rd floor of a skyscraper after 2 hours?
It's never stated in this game that his web dissolves in 2 hours, but what they do say is that he has multiple types of web with different characteristics for all kinds of situations, I assume, he's got web that last longer than 2 hours too
Well if I put all of spider man theme while playing this it’s fire I’d run on it myself last time perfect timing theme ouff it was so cool gameplay of mine in the past
