Archi Medes The "sky scraper fall" room is pretty cool. I felt disoriented for a couple seconds. It's much better on-ride though because you can actually spin your vehicle around, which throws your senses off further.
One of my favorite Disneyland memories is when Pluto came up as we were getting onto Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin, got into the car with my young son, and rode with him through the entire ride! If only I had a camera at the time!
The line from this ride is always INSANELY long. Like after waiting for a while, you're at the end of one room hoping the front of the line is close, only to wait in another room. It happens at least 6 times.
Garrett Wilson It’s gone? Damnit! I haven’t been to any Disney resort in like... maybe 25 years lol. I’m glad Disney World kept the Tower of Terror instead of doing the Guardians of the Galaxy thing. The hotel is so much cooler looking. And I hate that they kinda updated the Alice in Wonderland ride. The outside part used to be scary because they didn’t have that huge platform thing surrounding the track.
I'm the only one who thinks this is genuinely terrifying? Just imagine you all by yourself stuck in a place like this for the first time (no kart, just by feet), please tell me I'm not the only one anxiously affected by the depths of those powerful optical illusions? Haha ^^"
Well enjoy it while it lasts because Disney is losing tons and tons of money. They're starting to shut down a bunch of rides because they can't afford them so they might shut down Toontown in the Future too.
@@Dashiell777 Seeing the direction the world is heading, do you think the rides will ever come back? I already know by 2022-2023 a BUNCH of businesses will declare bankruptcy, and even though I dont ever see Disney declaring bankruptcy in any of our lifetimes, Im still curious how (and to what extent) the current world circumstances are affecting businesses that have been around forever....like Disney.
The portable hole scene is still the best scene to all the rides because two gags occur the portable hole being off the wall and rogers stretchy arm that pushes the hole. Still one of the best gags.
i'm a sucker for old, outdated rides. this isn't even a joke. the technology in this ride is sort of outdated in comparison to other rides, but i love it! same thing with the winnie the pooh ride!
3:07 *you quit playing toontown* roger rabbit appears roger rabbit: look! i got a portable hole! i'll save ya! *your toon jumps into his portable hole*
I liked this dark ride when I was a kid. The Toon Patrol really scared the **** out of me when I saw them even though it wasn't easy to deal with the way that this ride was made. It's so sad that Mickey's ToonTown is going to be torn down forever now that ⭐ Wars Galaxy's Edge is now open to the public as we speak about theme park changes in the comment boards. 👍🏻 if you're shocked and agree with my comments at the same time.
i just went on it yesterday for the first time in I think two years and it definetley gave me a weird vibe the whole time. i was freaking out because i was trying to figure out how they did the portable hole. it's probably mirrors but its so fluid and smooth and it kinda freaks me out how real it seems.
i remember being seven when i first rode this and i think i gave the cast members a good laugh because i was sobbing my eyes out when we were going to get into the car because it was so scary to me roger rabbit scarred me as a child, man.
For some reason, I was terrified of the part where the weasel guy or whatever pointed that laxer rhingie at you. I thought he was gonna erase me from existence, and it became the 2nd scariest ride just because of that one part. (I was still terrified of the haunted mansion)
When I was little I went on this and the ride broke down halfway through and I don’t remember this but my parents that I started crying and then years later at dinner my dad said that it was supposed to be stimulating an acid trip I don’t know if this is true but it made me more terrified of the right
