A full ride on the Timber Mountain Log Ride attraction at Knott's Berry Farm on the park's official reopening day of Friday, May 21, 2021. Shot in 4K on a GoPro camera.
If Pirates of the Carribean and Splash Mountain had a baby, this would be the result. Love this ride. Haven't been to Knotts for 4 years now and can't wait to come again and ride this classic
This ride is probably what sealed the deal for Knotts Berry Farm for me. It makes excellent use of the "riding in a log" theme and it seems like this is what log flumes were intended to do, feel like the actual old school log flumes that loggers rode to get around and for hijinks.
@@cheezybread3724but he’s saying the ride is like splash mountain and pirates of the Caribbean had a baby not that it is a baby’s or that knotts copied them
Such a beautiful ride. Well conceived, beautifully made. Timeless attraction for generations to enjoy. I hope they never close it. It speaks to the soul of Knotts Berry Farm.
This is my favorite log flume after the splash mountains! Which means it will soon be my top favorite log flume! I love the silly "Keep your hands and arms inside" song and I love how it goes from hillbilly jamboree to dark stormy woods to "Fire in the hole!" It reminds me of one of those old mill rides with the trolls but with a drop! The animatronics look like very early Disney, and I love how the music reminds me of the Florida Splash Mountain with the banjos, fiddles, and harmonicas. I think the locomotive in there comes from the Calico Mine Ride, it looks like those.
I hope knotts is the first cedar fair park to install a snoopy dark ride cause they are the cedar fair park with the most theming so it’s only fitting and it’s about time they make a real snoopy themed ride rather than just slapping the word Woodstock or snoopy on flat rides
I could see them doing some kinda traditional dark ride going through famous scenes like the football or the great pumpkin. But do they have the room is the question
@@bobbyheenan4061 omg I’m so glad you said this because people say Thursday and Sunday less crowded dang if it was the crowded then yea it’s 45$ but you only get on 2 rides and 3 mazes like a waste then the past pass is 200$ crazy they need to have a limit who comes
@@lelelanaee6968 Yeah it was insanely crowded. The tix actually cost $55 after fees and then $25 for parking. The maze lines went pretty quick but the rides are a joke. 2 hours for Xcellerator, 1.5 hours for ghostrider so we didn't go them. Supreme scream was an hour and Montezoomas revenge was like 20 min, but that was at midnight right before closing. Fuck Knotts..I never gonna go again
The original splash mt went pretty fast too. I see they slowed it down for Tokyo and Florida. The good thing about Timber Mt is that the props are meant to convey a high speed fast paced shenanigans atmosphere
