This view is pointing west into the Tornado!
We are getting to the point of being able to synchronize our videos with timestamps and data from our Tuesday, May 21, 2024, Iowa chase.
On this chase, we were able to successfully deploy two scientific in-situ tornado probes PACRITEX (PRESSURE ACOUSTICS RECORDINGS INSIDE TORNADOES EXPERIMENT) field Project OFF, in the path of this tornado between Messena and Corning Iowa.
In the coming months, we will have more data from this event!
