Why doesn't NR and the govenment get their act together and put in a few OHL links in the say Reading to Basingstoke and the main container routs to the ports. BR put in concrete sleepers ready for 3rd rail between R & B right idear wrong system. Also dieseling the old Varsity line. Don't politicians read, yes but they don't understand technology. Was there a problem as most of the trains running very slow? Great video thanks.

How come the freight services always go via platforms 4/5 and not the fast avoiding lines?
