While not perfect, the Nikon B700 certainly is the best camera in the world among the consumer cameras. It’s very light and provides 4K video, 60x optical zoom, 20 megapixels and Raw pictures.
In this video, I am testing its zoom performance on a little tripod using the landscape scene. The video quality is excellent (by editing the text and uploading to the web, a little bit of quality is lost)
Video taken at El Cerro Verde El Salvador; on the first part of the video, we can see several people at 1.74 km (1.08 mi) distance on the top of the Izalco Volcano; then we can see “La Casa de Cristal, El Salvador” at around 810 meters (0.5 mi) of distance.
The Izalco volcano and the Cerro Verde are some of the best places to visit in El Salvador. There is a lot of security provided by the government, the weather is perfect. The best time to visit El Salvador is between November and February.
