How are you handling the heat dissipation for the transmission? The winch is already blocking air flow to the transmission cooler and now the skid plates have no holes for air flow. Any slow low crawling will cause the transmission temp to go above 250 f where we live. Is that not a problem on the east coast?
Nope. Some are 2 pieces. Some are 3. Some are more. At least for the engine/trans/t-case. Can you run C4 skids under the driveline and CaliRaised for the fuel tank and something else for the control arms? Yes. But if the skids interface with each other like engine/trans/t-case, no, they must be the same.
Won’t removing the factory crossmembers and other support structure weaken integrity of the frame? I’m surprised the Cali raised skids make us remove factory support members.
So you remove the diff drop that you put in for some reason and suddenly dont need because its a hassel to put in spacers, and the factory reinforcement (designeed by engineer's for a good reason im sure), all to install poorly designed skid plates. What is the reason why i should buy cali rased?
