Link to spectators view of the show: • 4th of July Fireworks ... This is how the show looks from my perspective. Some of its a little shaky because I'm filming while running the show.
Great Floor View as a firework Enthusiast for decades I've always stopped during shows and just look at the floor view seen them launch and hearing them lunch pretty badass it's so cool that you guys get to have those I live in Southern California where those are illegal but yes I was fined $1,000 this past year for having these the what may slowed me down and may not have deterred me I will be back again next year and blow off what I have left over this year on New Year's Eve keep up the great work you guys blowing shit up thanks for the awesome video regardless of what anybody else says ground view pretty badass stay safe
Thanks! Hot zone is an awesome place to be. Glad to hear someone else who gets it. The first THOOOP of the show always makes me happy. That sucks you got fined.
Jeff Stewart. Nice! I probably should make a side by side. I'm editing the 2017 show now and it goes back and forth between views in a few places. Nothing too special since I'm just using the RU-vid editor, but still kind if cool.
This was by far the best video I have ever seen in my life great job thank you so much for posting this not everyone gets to see what goes on when putting on a show I hope all of you where safe that dangerous lighting all those by hand but This video was really fun to see great job you guys and great fireworks. Please post more videos like this
PYRO_DESTROYER_SK Everyone has the sky view. Here's mine: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IrgxG_JgugQ.html But the ground is where the real fun is and not many get to see that part.
hahaah my favorite spot to be during a shoot. Nice job. I do have to say thought I'm a bit disappointed you guys didn't have any PPE. I know it's only 1.4 but it's a pretty tightly packed shoot site so a lot of fire around you. Only pyro's will watch an 11 minute firework video without wanting to look up to see the result. :)
Hahahahahahahaha. I know right. Thanks for your comment. Never even considered trying to turn the lights off. ...I don't have control over the location or the lights. We have tried. And you can see them surprisingly well with the lights on. Those who attend, regularly comment that it a far better experience than any of the city/county shows.
It looks like mainly consumer product going up minus a few good boomers. How do you set up a show like that for ur town??? I wan to do something like this in my area. Any advice? Thanks bud. 👍🧨🚀
It is mostly consumer stuff. This show is part of a community event put on by a local business. In my case, they are related through family and the fireworks were added several years ago as an after-thought. Then it grew into this big show. That provided a location and funds. I'm a lifelong pyro (fireworks and fire) but had to learn some things about putting on an exciting and efficient show for the public. It's actually not that easy to set off hundreds of fireworks in 15 minutes in an organized manner. It's also expensive. It helps to find a place to buy them wholesale. Mine are wholesale and even less at certain price breaks. I don't really make any money doing this. My payment is going and buying a uhaul full of fireworks and getting to set them off. Without a family or friend connection like I had, I imagine it would be a little harder to get someone to sponsor a show, unless you were able to prove yourself some other way. It's a lot of work but there's nothing like lighting that show. Not sure if any of that helps.
Don't you people feel suffocated there? What about debris dust? Also, so many fireworks must be emitting out too much of heat. How do you guys fight all these? And how do you guys cover up a setup during a rain?
tons of awesome fireworks - CHECK............well times fuses - CHECK.........patriotic and enthusiastic cheering crowd - CHECK......,cameraman and half witted helpers willing to stand with in inches of getting the faces melted - CHECK .....well lit Home Depot parking lot with 80 million lumens of safety flood lights to ensure you cant really see a thing - CHECK!!! Happy 4th!
Yep. The lights suck, but not much we can do about it. Being at ground zero. Best thing ever! Show is done for a local business in that parking lot. Can't do much about the location either.
chong yikchueh Those are the biggest I could legally use without a license. Would also have to change the location with bigger fireworks. Crowd is too close.
Mexican illegal fireworks all day haha, AND they're cheaper...WAY cheaper. Could buy like 40 little loud firecrackers for like 6 bucks. The m80s are like 8 for 4 bucks.
It's usually pretty safe if you follow some basic safety rules, like not lighting a super fast fuse when you are exhausted and standing right next to the firework.
Philip Courtland I agree and just watched the video twice and don't see anyone look down tubes to see if they went off. We do reload some tubes, which can be risky. We take precautions to avoid looking down tubes during or after the show and especially during reloading.
So many dense people say the same thing. The link to the sky view is near the beginning of the video. It's also in the description and multiple places in the comments. The number of views say people like the ground view. I love the ground view. That's where the real fun is.
Your safety bases are way to small and to light. Very nice fireworks. Next time zoom out. I love seeing the ground activity but you need to show more aerial shots 👍💥👍
Thanks. I made two videos. Here's the link to the Skyview for this show and another link to the 2018 show. 2016 4th of July Sky View ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IrgxG_JgugQ.html 2018 Show ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-322JIrvUqag.html
Some fucking stupid people in the comments complaining at why he is not looking at the sky. Maybe because there are 1000s of views of the sky and none from the floor. Great video. Keep up the great work.
When I watch a fireworks video I expect to see the effects of the fireworks this video just shows me how much smoke comes out when it fired! No a good video for effects but good if you want a first person view of them lighting them
Skyview is in the link to the skyview at the beginning of this video. I think if you were wanting to show what is happening on the ground (ground zero view), you would have shown the ground.
Because this is the ground view video. There's a link at the beginning of the video to the sky view. There's also a link to the 2018 show with drone footage that I just posted yesterday.
Santiago Jaramillo, El punto de este video es mostrar la vista desde el suelo. Hay un enlace en la descripción del video a otro video que muestra el cielo.

Then I would have missed the ground view and the title of the video would make no sense. Pay attention to the link to the Skyview video in the 1st 3 seconds of the video.... Damnn.....
Brian Stayton I'm able to find some pretty good deals, but yes, you're close. I know. That one comment is stupid. Like i'm somehow unaware of what I've purchased. Also can't do a show in a business parking lot with the crowd nearby, using 1.3g fireworks.
