Oosh! That double cardon assembly really is a beauty! This is a step up from your SJ build, such attention to detail! It’s so heartening to see a fellow west country guy knocking out such nice stuff with such modest tools. “Upload the CAD file to the grinder” had me Lol’ing! I’m immediately gonna go tell all my engineering buddies about your channel, see if I can help some more RU-vid dosh trickle in for you, you deserve it!
The design of the center rails reminds me of colonel senders'. Can't wait to see how well that steering works and holds up. Looks like a great start! that's one beautiful multi link.
I like your methods simple but high quality except for that joint that was pretty complex but we dont all have a plasma table and 20 different welders and all the other stuff most people don't have great work cant wait to see it finished
Glad to see a new power wheel project on your channel. The body is quite small but it seems you found solution to fit. Chassis is very smart , I'm not sure to understand how the transmission work but it's very well made!
Yes your back at and you're a top tier fab worker. Your hand drawn cardboard CAD file was top notch, then you up loaded it to the hand grinder and voila a sorta subframe. Dude that was hilarious you had me cracking up there 😆😂😂. The one thingamabob and 3 ufoer jammers, similar, but opposite had me cracking up again 😆😂😅. The double card and joint turned out nice, well done. I'm looking forward to this build just like your Jeep build.
That´s some really nice engineering and simple man´s fabricating you did there. Also really enjoyed watching, this was a great video. Thanks for sharing, I´m looking forward to see more progress on this build. We gotta set up some kind of dirt racing meetup in europe so we can all showcase and race our homemade contraptions! Greetings from Germany!
Thanks man I appreciate that! Man that sounds like an awsome idea! Maybe in the future when the dust has settled we could organize something! Would be great to find some offroad trails! Take care man!!
When i see how you do the engine mounting brackets, my thumb automatically hits the subscribe button and the bell..🤗👏🏻 I'm from Philippines. I love your passion and hard work on your Build's.👍👏🏻
Absolutely stunning build quality, the guys at Bad Obsession Motorsport, CarsAndCameras and Grind Hard Plumbing would be proud of your steering ujoint thingymabob. Glad to see your madness on the screen, keep up the great work!!
Greetings from Russia. I watch your projects and admire them! You're great! You inhale and motiai! Thank you for the opportunity to learn something new. Good luck
That's a genius idea. with knuckle set up! assembly, its great idea, can't see why it shouldn't work, as soon as I saw it, it made perfect sense to me.
Loving the build! Bout to watch the newest episode you put out yesterday! Keep up the amazing work and you'll have a huge, die hard following in no time!
@@councilhousecreations8035 some of the aftermarket cv axles now come with 8 ball cv joints and ball spline shafts, you may want to look into that too.
@@councilhousecreations8035 Im trying to make of model of the joint, and i cant seem to get it right. I see you have two arms coming off behind each joint coming toward the center on each side, then you have two links connecting the arms, using three heims and one rotary pivot, am I missing something?
Man, when you uploaded that CAD to your HNC (Human Nervous Cutter) - Epic! ;) Youre a mad scientist! Definetly earned yourself a sub with the fab work and humor!
Awesome work. It's a lot of work to fab, record and edit. 22 min video takes days if weeks to create. Pretty amazing what a basic welder, grinder and metal lathe can do.
@@councilhousecreations8035 Nice to see stuff made in the UK for once. Loads of great content from American builders out there but it's rare to see good stuff made here. Shame it's all so damn expensive and restrictive vs the States! Keep it up, love the mini excavator, looking forward to seeing this done!
Good old Pro-CAD those files, never let me down! Who needs a computer hey!... Oh, me, I need a computer to watch this dont I... 🤣🍻. You've got a great channel here bud keep it up n take care 👍🏻
🤣 thanks man! Great to hear from you sorry it took me so long😅 You look after that computer of yours, your the whole reason i make these vids!! 🤣 take it easy bro stay safe n that!!
You’re insane man! I’m taking all the notes I can hahah, I have another version of senderella I’ve been working on for a little over a year and once it’s fine tuned I’ll be able to join the power wheels gang. Can’t wait to see how your RS turns out!
Thanks man! Im stoked to be back building a powerwheels again! Man that sounds awesome! Have you got any vids of it id love to see it! Theres plenty of builds popin up on insta that are well worth checkin out! Take it easy bro! 👍
Hi mate I was wondering if you would be able to design and fit a front sway bar for my can am buggy as they used to sell them but were discontinued I know how well your 4x4 works so thought you were probably the best person to ask?
those two u-joints together, that is what you call a constant velocity joint, or CV joint. that's because no matter where the force is applied, it's still distributes the load evenly. if you want to see the old school, 500 cubic inch V8 handling, big dog CV joints, just Google a 1968 or 1969 Cadillac 472 or 500 cubic inch V8 powered coupe deville drive shaft, for example, but make sure it's not an eldorado though, that car was front wheel drive.
