I read a memoir once written by one of the people that knew Christina and she said that Joan Crawford would throw extravagant parties for her children when they were younger.
Dang, what a party... Mermaids, princesses, acrobats, ponies, train rides, merry-go-rounds, balloon animals, clowns, balloons... all for a 2-year-old. For some reason I thought Kirby looked adorable (and radiantly beautiful) the way how she was handling the arts & craft table. :D
Can't believe they earned millions of dollars turning up to this and saying a few lines, inbetween being catered to and drowning in luxury on set as well, too
