Good idea, Mark -- just "like"d above! This is an extremely imaginative design, taking maximum use of every square centimeter. I did not see a shower (or bathtub) anywhere in the plan; is that what the orange bucket in the 3d floor bathroom was for?
Who ever is this guy , very amazing design, in today’s this is what we need, very affordable. A month ago I saw a design similar to this and I love it , it was designed by architect Ed I follow him on RU-vid, this guy is amazing truly matalino pinoy
Wonderful ideas for someone who may live in the city with nowhere to park! It looks very convenient to have everything safe and compacted together but I think I'd be willing to give up my safe parking space for just a scosh more kitchen and dining space OR putting the staircase outside and use that space for an actual shower instead of a Home Depot bucket?😆 Also, one must ask oneself if they'd want to haul groceries up one flight and laundry up three flights of a spiral staircase? Maybe a dumbwaiter could work for that?🤔 These design ideas are brilliant for such a small space! Keep up the good work!😉

This is very nice bro... actually this is my dream design para sa row house ko na 36 sqm. I really love the roof deck na may pergola at garden sa taas. Nature lover kasi ako gusto ko may mga halaman kahit maliit lng ang lot. You nailed it bro... best design so far nakita ko sa youtube...Ang gusto ko lng sana, wala na yung carport at yung 3rd floor ko is master bedroom lng with bath. 2nd floor two bedrooms tapos yung 1st dining,kitchen,living room.

I would like in the ground floor is living room with powder room, in the 2nd floor is tiny kitchen and dining room with tiny T&B . in the 3rd floor is bedroom and T&B Roofdeck is laundry and Recreation area.

Request for 75sqm,3rdfloor. with terrace at 1st floor and with deck. with parking.the front door to be elevated and dining and kitchen should not be seen entirely when you're at the living room. And possible if there's also a stairs when you're going to 3rd floor from 1st floor w/o passing through the rooms. Like outside stairs.
