Sir very good information explained very nicely and in good way thanks for sharing this video .. Five mistake that we do when we follow a low carb diet are We make mistakes in carbohydrates counting and take lot of carbohydrate but in low carb diet we must keep carbohydrates level under 120gms .we must avoid eating powha .upma iddli etc 2nd mistake people take lots of protein and protein gets converted to glucose and this process is called gluconeogensis when we follow a low carb diet we must take good amount of fats because body needs energy from that, we must avoid trans fats like hydrogenated oils and take good fats like Avocado, all types of seeds, all types of nuts ,in type 2 diabetes because of insulin resistance ,that is level of insulin rises , insulin is a fat storage hormone soit stores fat ,insulin also gives signal to kidney to store salt so while following a low carb diet it is important to take sodium potassium magnesium , we can take black salt which contain all minerals when we follow alow carb diet we get many symptoms like weakness etc this is called transiston phase this period can remain for some period after this our body goes to adaptation phase this can remain for some period and we get many complications like headache , weakness dizziness etc somany people give up but we must not give up we must keep patience and consistency low carb diet must be followed under supervision of good doctor . 5’height hai ,Weight 62 kg. Diabetes’ reverse karna hai 90gm. Carb, 90 gm. Protein lena hai toh nuts and seeds mila kar total fats kitne gram lena hai. Bataei.Thanks. I like all your Videos.

If you are already fat and suffering from Diabetes due to fatty liver then one must follow low carb and low fat diet else weight loss won't happen and diabetes won't get reversed this is my personal experience.

पैदल चलने के लिये साधारणतया लोग तीन तरीकों को बताते हैं.पहला-दिन भर में कम से कम आधा घन्टा चलना.दूसरा-सुबह शाम 45-45 मिनट चलना.तीसरा-खाना खाने के बाद चलना, लेकिन कुछ का कहना है खाना खाने के तुरुन्त बाद टहलना ठीक नहीं 15 मिनट या आधा घन्टे बाद कम से कम 15 मिनट चलना.चौथा हरेक घन्टे दो मिनट पैदल चलना.इनमें कौन सा अधिक ठीक है?-कुछ के अनुसार तीसरे नम्बर का सबसे उचित है.इनमे सबसे अच्छा कैसे चलना ठीक है और क्यूँ?पैदल चलने के भी तीन तरीके बताते है-एक,टहलना.दूसरे,तेज चलना,तीसरे,स्लो वाक.इन तीनों में कौन सा अधिक अच्छा?कैलोरी बर्न वाला सिद्धान्त क्या है?कहते हैं अलग अलग तरीके से काम करने वालों को दिन भर में निश्चित ऊर्जा या कैलोरी की आवश्यकता होती है.वह कैलोरी भोजन से मिलती है.उससे अधिक भोजन से प्राप्त कैलोरी को बर्न करना पडता है.100 कैलोरी बर्न करने के लिये 20 मिनट चलना पडता है.आप इस बारे में स्पष्ट करें या वीडियो बनायें.
