Better to have contact details of all the three technologies with Cons list. I am about to complete my first floor construction but ended up with buying new Ready to occupy home. If i would have got proper details would have went for this. Actually one con what i heard is GFRG is not yet famous in TN and any changes would be difficult in future also without open land around it would be difficult to use and construct building. Please clarify all these queries.

Yes u said right about GFRG. But changes in future is not difficult. It is not optimal to place the ready -made house on the first floor. Because its weight is too much
