Bedroom അടിപൊളി . Stair stares. പേടിയാകുന്നു. Not at all child friendly. കുട്ടികൾ ഉണ്ടാകുമ്പോൾ വേലി വെക്കേണ്ടിവരും. ബാൽക്കണിയും കുട്ടികൾക്ക് അപകടകരം. കുട്ടികൾ കയറാതെ അടച്ചിടേണ്ടി വരും. പിന്നെ Skylight-ന്റെ അന്തകൻ പിന്നാലെ വരും. കുറച്ച് നാൾ കഴിയുമ്പോൾ ചൂട് സഹിക്കാൻ വയ്യാതെ അവർ GI - Sheet വച്ച് റൂഫ് പണിയും. You are really an artist.

ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായാണ് തങ്ങളുടെ വീഡിയോ കാണുന്നത്. പറയാതിരിക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല അത്രയും അസാധ്യമായ അവതരണവും പ്ലാനിഗും. എത്രപെട്ടെന്നാണ് 30 mint കഴിഞ്ഞത് പോലും അറിഞ്ഞില്ല. എടുത്തു പറയേണ്ട കാര്യം വീട്ടിലേക്ക് വെളിച്ചവും വായുവും കടക്കേണ്ട കാര്യത്തിൽ താങ്കൾ ഒരുപാട് ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു എന്നതാണ്. ഒരു വീട് കേറ്റുമ്പോൾ എന്തെല്ലാം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം എന്ന് വളരെ ഈസി ആയി തന്നെ താങ്കൾ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. താങ്കൾക്ക് ഇനിയും ഗൃഹങ്ങൾ പണിതുയർത്താൻ കഴിയട്ടെ എന്നാശംസിക്കുന്നു. നന്ദി, പിന്നെ ചാനൽ സബ്സ്ക്രൈബ് ചെയ്തു

വീടിന്റ പ്ലാൻ നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട്. But അതിലും നന്നായത് താങ്കളുടെ അവതരണം ആണ്. വളരെ സ്വാഭാവികമായി തന്നെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള ചിലർ ചെയ്യുന്നത് പോലെ ബോറടിപ്പിച്ചില്ല. നന്നായി മനസ്സിലാക്കി മുന്നോട്ട് പോയി.

Shinoop sir, ഒരു ബഡ്ജറ്റ് ഹോം നു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഈ പ്ലാനിങ്ങും ഡിസൈനിങ്ങും വളരെ നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട്.. പ്ലൈവുഡ് ഫർണിച്ചേഴ്സും ഹെഡ്‍ബോർഡ്‌സും എല്ലാം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ എക്സ്പോസ്ഡ് ആയുള്ള എഡ്‌ജസ് വുഡൻ ലിപ്പിങ് Or ഫിനിഷ് മാച്ച് ചെയ്യുന്ന PVC ലിപ്പിങ് ചെയ്താൽ നന്നായിരിക്കും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എല്ലാ എഡ്‌ജസും പെയിന്റ് ഫിനിഷ് ചെയ്യുന്നതും നന്നായിരിക്കും ..then it will be more lasting..... വീട്ടിൽ ഏറ്റവും ഭംഗിയായി എന്നു തോന്നിയത് കോണിപ്പടികൾ ആണ്. Flooring എങ്ങിനെ ചെയ്തു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞില്ല എന്നു തോന്നുന്നു. അതുപോലെ bath room ന്റെ size കുറച്ചു കുറവുതന്നെ. Kitchen, balcony, bay windows എല്ലാം ഗംഭീരം work area എങ്ങിനെ എന്നും കാണിച്ചില്ല. Space for washing machine, dish washer, എന്നിവയും. AC യുടെ provision ഉം കണ്ടില്ല. അതുപോലെ horizontal window at 10/12 bed room. ഒരു പോരായ്മയായി തോന്നി.bed ഇൽ കിടന്നു അതിലൂടെ നോക്കിയാൽ ഒരു ശ്വാസംമുട്ടു തോന്നില്ലേ? Ofcourse its a personal choice. Elevation ഗംഭീരം. അതുപോലെ front gate ഉം.

Good especially ventilation. As outside is open fully as a ground lot of dust can be accumulated. Beds are so close to floor cleaning will be a big issue.
