No, it does Not need speaking just read like the old classic times on previous years on ytb...If someone don't have micro and cameras that is not mean the video is bad or something like you talk about. Still if lags like hell all the time then is bad but if its not then enjoy the video with titles and writing somewhere on the video. Although the specific video has edited very nice big and clear letters for reading.
