Overall about 5 miles with 3 or 4, 30 second sprints, Heres a sprint,
Most of the ride is hilly with the typical rocks and roots, But there are a couple flat sections you can fly, Its getting late in the day and skye are cloudy so its a bit dark and scary as the roots are hiding, "You know what I mean"
