Welcome back everyone! This is ME recommitting to my early morning routine that makes me feel like the best version of myself. I used to always say to myself “I am not a morning person” but the reason I wasn’t a morning person was because I would always sleep late, scroll on social media, and distract myself with movies & TV shows before bed.
I am recommitting to embodying the 2.0 version of myself, and that starts with how I start my mornings!
