I own since brand new a 2003 Ford F-250 Lariat CrewCab 4x4 with the 7.3 diesel with 71,400 miles and I keep a diesel fuel log to document where I put diesel and how many gallons it took to fill up my truck and price per gallon. The first time I put fuel in my truck the price per gallon for diesel was $0.93 cents per gallon. I paid $28.03 to fill up my truck!
@Your Pappy it will have to be someone with that kind of cash to blow. As an owner of an 07 3rd gen cummins 5.9, they aren't collectors. Sure, they are great, reliable( except transmission), and fairly simply but not worth $44k. Miles don't mean that much on these. I'd say $32k is more realistic.
