Replace rice or wheat with oats as much as possible 3. Some day you can start your day with grapes or have it between two meals. 4. Ginger tea ..simply boil ginger in water and stain it or you can add some ginger in milk and boil it and have it before bed 4. Thick sauf. You can have it after every meal or simply boil sauf and stain that water

You are right but depends on which time of the day - Please also look at the Oats recommended as super food and SUBSTITUTE FOR RICE AND WHEAT OR OTHER GRAINS - it will be worse if he counts millets as well !!!!!
