5 Amazing Snacks | TikTok Food Trends We are trying out some TikTok food trends! These are 5 amazing snacks that you can try at home. How did they turn out?
Thank you for trying out TikTok snack suggestions. And for searching substitues for some dietary ingredients. Try to avoid to name or compare the bacon weaved roll to sushi (style). Sushi simply means 'sour (vinagred)rice'. The raw meat and seafood bits are zashimi. You didn't taste the wrapped dates? I think the classic prune is a better choice to try first.😊 As for the (egg-and dairy free) vegan mayonaise, you can make your homemade. Storable for ± 3 weeks. Keep experimenting and exploring.
Aww I was waiting for the bacon wrapped dates I was thinking of making them! Cool video though, I bet the pickles are super good if you use Dave’s sweet and spicy 😊
You should also try million dollar bacon and bacon wrapped pineapple with Sriracha on top! They both are amazing!! My fam and I make these every year for the super bowl.
Loved watching this. Really want to try the pickle and the pumpkin spice.Joe you’re quite good in the Kitchen. By the way enjoyed your date night. Are you still seeing her? Have a Blessed day all❤❤❤
Chicken & Bacon Wraps - Appetizer (tastes like barbecued pork) 1 ¼ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast - cut in 1 inch cubes 1 pound package sliced bacon 2/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoons Chili powder wooden toothpicks Cut chicken into 1” cubes. Cut bacon strips into thirds. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around chicken and secure with wooden toothpick. Mix together the brown sugar and the chili powder. Dredge the chicken wrap into the mixture. Coat a rack and pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken wraps on rack in pan. Use toothpick to hold chicken up on rack. Bake 350 for 30 - 35 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Tip: I make these the day before and place into airtight bowl to marinate overnight. Pour any dripping’s over chicken wraps before baking. You can make the same day but taste better after marinating. You may want to put aluminum foil on the bottom of the pan to catch all the dripping’s while cooking.
We wrap chipolata sausages in bacon. Its called pigs in blankets. We serve them with turkey at christmas. We also wrap bacon round a chicken breast. Try it. Its a UK recipe. Enjoy.
When wrapping the bacon weave use tooth picks to secure the wrap before you cut it, there is a restaurant in our area that has bacon wrapped cheese curds they are so good!
Alot of the nutrients from a carrot are in the skin, all y’all need to do is give them a really good wash - no need to peel especially when your wrapping them in bacon anyway they will still look beautiful ❤
Mmm “pigs in a blanket” was what we called prunes wrapped in bacon and baked. It was a women’s weekly recipie in the 70’s for party food here in Australia 🇦🇺
Hi there I have an idea/suggestion for the bacon sushi. If Aaron can eat rice or quinoa make one of those, mix the garlic aoli then spreading it on the bacon( more like real sushi) then add the veggies. They will stick better and not fall apart. Try it.
Years ago, my BIL asked me to bring a DATE along on a visit to there house. (I was single at the time) I made bacon 🥓 wrapped Dates. They were amazing 🤩!!
Since you guys have been making food you saw on TikTok, you need to make hamburgers Alfredo, and then another completely different thing, is spaghetti with Marina sauce and Alfredo sauce! You will love it!!
I really thought with crystals reaction to the bacon wrapped pickle, that she was going to say she didn’t like it…lol she had that look like this is gross…lol!! I want to try them all except the asparagus cause I don’t like it all!! But the rest of it looks amazing!!
All looks yummy 😋 I do not like any Oreos but now I’m willing to try the Pumpkin Spice Oreo’s cuz I love everything pumpkin spice 😋 Try green Olives wrapped in bacon, OMG 😱 to die for, Super Yummy 😋
Wow! Never been so early 😊. I love bacon, I can't wait to see what you make! Much love from Wilsonville Oregon ❤ edit: that blta wrap looked amazing but pumpkin spice oreos? Ew!
I think my great grandmother came up with the bacon weave lol. she used to make single meat loafs with bacon weaved on it for my grandmother when she was little and my mother. Amazingly she lived until i was 12 but she was to old to make it for me at the time but CANT BEAT THE BACON WEAVE!!!!
I don't eat pork but I'm definitely making that sushi with turkey bacon. I use that same exact garlic aioli and it is the bomb. Nom nom nom. I use it instead of butter when I make grilled cheese even and damn is it good. I knew people use mayo instead of butter on grilled cheese and it really browns and crisps up the bread so nicely so I thought "I bet this aoli would work and give it a bomb garlic bread flavor to it" and it did not disappoint, I highly highly recommend y'all try it. Ok now I'm getting hungry 😂😂😂 thanks guys lol. I'm gonna finish the video, I didn't make it past that delicious looking bacon sushi without having to come comment lol
I’m surprised Joe didn’t make jalapeños with cream cheese wrapped in bacon! I probably would omit putting salt on the carrots wrapped in bacon. Bacon is salty enough.
So first of all, I’m going to try some of these, so super amazing I’m excited. I know what I’m doing this weekend. Second Joe did say I love the pumpkin spice. I literally had to go back and listen to it because for some reason, he was a little more quieter when he said the but there it is.
You must love meat but my dad cooks what he calls a fatty. Make a bacon weave , spread raw hamburger evenly over it thinly, cook a lb of breakfast sausage, add to burger. add green pepper, onion, and mushrooms or whatever veggies you want. Add pepperjack cheese. Roll it tightly and secure with toothpicks. Cook at 350 on traeger. So so good!
So on the bacon roll here’s my suggestion instead of using cut up lettuce. Use big lettuce leaves and lay it on right after you put the aïoli, and it might help it. Keep it shape more when you cut it. I also think you’re taking the wrong direction. I don’t think the bacon needs to be more crispy because that’s when it’s going to crumble. It needs to be less crispy so it’s still holding together and would be more rubbery.
I wonder if just making bacon regularly and then instead of weaved bacon for the outer shell, use a lettuce leaf? Might hold together better and then you can do the bacon however crispy you want
@@thriftymama3786 are use lettuce leaves all the time for chicken salad and tuna salad and things like that. I think the whole point of this was that they were trying to make it look like “sushi rolls“ and that would be far from it if they’ve just wrapped it up in a lettuce leaf.
Aaron you should try the best foods vegan mayonnaise it is actually pretty good it is egg free, dairy free. The other brand it's called follow your heart
I have to disagree with the bacon wrapped asparagus review. I love it; it has been a staple at all of our cookouts for a few years. It may be better on the grill. And also add some seasoning to the asparagus before wrapping it.
Bacon wrapped asparagus was one of the only veggies(besides corn) my grandsons would eat when they were little, it's still their favorite almost 30 years later.
Bacon wrapped asparagus also Bacon and brussel sprouts are omg out of this world then you get those mini hot dogs wrapped that in bacon then put brown sugar over them they call those crack dogs omg there so addicting and so good .. lmao i was commenting about the asparagus as you started making them my Aunt found that in a Rachel Ray show lol... Also scallops wrapped in bacon are to die for .. Lmfao Crystal and Aaron are gonna give Joe a heart attack on this video 1st she says the bacon sushi was gross because she loved it and he didn't realize she was joking then they got into the Oreos he got them and had him believe someone opened them at the store ctfu.. I love this whole family.. Joe is truly the #1 Funcle in the world always thinking of his nieces and nephews.. ❤❤❤
Ingredients Meat 12 oz Bacon Produce 1 Cauliflower 1 tbsp Garlic powder Baking & Spices 2 tsp Paprika, powder 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Salt Dairy 7 oz Cheddar 1/4 cup Heavy cream 1 cup Low moisture mozzarella Liquids 1 Water Add the cauliflower to a water-filled deep pot over high heat and bring it to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Place the cooked cauliflower on the work surface and bore deep holes in it using a cylindrical cutter. We made 13 of them. Insert the Cheddar sticks into the holes. Line a medium bowl with the bacon slices. Do that so that they radiate from the bottom center of the bowl upwards to its rim. Place the stuffed cauliflower in the bacon-lined bowl. For the sauce: Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, and paprika powder to a smaller bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Cover the cauliflower with this sauce using a kitchen brush. Wrap it with the bacon slices. Transfer the wrapped cauliflower on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and bake for 50 minutes at 320⁰F/160⁰C. Remove from oven and add the mozzarella on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C. Serve garnished with fresh dill.
I have watched this video many times. Yes the bacon roll looks tasty. But wouldn´t it be 10 times easier to cut it into peaces like a baconsalad, and then taste it with a fork. Instead of chinese sticks? Another thing i have been thinking about is the Oreos. Crystal and Aaron say they found the packages early. And have been eating them. Every time i look at that part of the video. I try to see if i can find "any signs" on Aarons package, that it has been preopened. But no i can´t. 1. When he gets it from Joe. To me it seems unopened. 2. When Aaron begins to open the package, the glue between the inside of the lid and silver rim is so streched out. When the glue is streched out that much. In my eyes that means that it haven´t been preopened. But i might be wrong.
I am not sure why I stayed to watch this. I don't even like Bacon. Yuck 🤮🤮. Crystals' reaction to the Bacon wrap was funny, I absolutely loved her reaction.
