These options are bullshit for productivity books, whenever I type in something mentally beneficial on any site it says not found. Just wasted 8 mins of my life watching this

My fellow poor people, I'm so sorry but I cant get the satisfaction I feel the same way I did with Zlibrary. I'm still waiting for their comeback. All the books that I need are there. It's so frustrating!

Be careful with CALIBRE. If you are not necessarily a coding geek, the demands of this app can easily overwhelm you... it is NOT just a simple digital library of all your DLed ebooks... And if you are not a power digital computer user, perhaps even a network administrator of considerable skill, you would be wise to locate a less-demanding ebook library program.... The Kindle Operating System on Kindle machines is N O T H I N G compared to Calibre !
Not fair to the authors of the books. They miss income for their hard work because people refuse to pay for a book. If you want to read free books go to your local library instead. That way the author won't loose money.
As far as i know the sources mentioned only put books that are in the public domain or with the permission of the author. That is why he said it is totally legal. If you checked the sites you will find that they mainly have classic books. As an example for project Gutenberg some books will not be avilable on the main website but will be avilable in the Canadian or Australian version because thay jave different copy right laws and for some of them have shorter period for a book to be accessable in the public domain than other countries. Anyways, yes authors need to be payed for their work. So you will find mostly old books here
@@Daniel-be1xn Most authors these days are self-published. THEY are the ones you're stealing from. Being poor is not an excuse for theft. The library is free.
@@NahlaSid It encourages people to actively find ways to get free books rather than pay for them. It's called theft. Don't believe me? Scroll through the comments again and take note of how many people are asking for links to free books that aren't in the public domain.
ALL of these websites started off as a means for undergrad’s & grad’s to get access to highly exclusive acedemic documents / research papers that you would often have to already be a graduate from college and working with that degree in their prospective field of future work [& paying an ABSURD amount of $$$ annually to subscribe to these medical journals, etc. etc. - JUST to have access to them! - I should know! I still would be paying almost a thousand dollars a year in membership fee’s just to be able to have access to the latest research in the Veterinary Specialty I went into when I went back to get my post doctorate at the University of Illinois .. on top of wanting to keep tabs on the latests news in the world of Veterinary Medicine as a whole! AND Shelter Medicine & the regulations and by laws that are still in place (and fingers crossed on any that may *hopefully* be changing in the coming year or two) - Because I had to take a leave of absence after I lost my son during labor & wound up not leaving the hospital until having my second hip replacement in 2.5 years [and officially have both hips replaced before my 35th birthday] - So, Although I cannot afford to keep paying the absurd costs of the annual fee’s to be a member of all these sites anymore these sites are an absolute godsend!! Just like they are for TONS of Students who cannot afford the average $600-800 college textbook needed PER CLASS [I averaged 12 books a year for roughly 10 years .. I will let you do the math..]
mmmm you sure about that 😅 you may want to go check out some subreddit forums - for fear of the ignorant fcks who ruined it for us the first time I am not going to say muuuuch more about it outside of certain forums
I highly appreciate what u did however, you should also note that there are people who are looking for books that have a content related to education and none of the sites that you listed have those books.
Fantastic video and a great list of resources! It would be nice to have links in the description though, as I had to rematch the video and 'pause' in order to get all the information. Thanks!
Yeah, I did too. But he's so worth it. I reallly like his personality and looks. He's easy on the eyes and I saw his books and thought this guy might know something He Reads!!
I've been burned a few times before. Buying a couple of "popular" series first when they're on sale before reading them. Only to find out I either find them boring or I absolutely hate them 😭
Thank you sooooooo much for the websites it has really really helped me i am soooo glad. I finally find what i was searching for and it is thanks to you : the best
Hello, I liked your video and the way you presented the websites. I knew about Gutenberg,Google books and Manybooks but not about PDF books world. I don't use an apple device and so cannot have access to the last mentioned source.
