This game is 10 years old. It is ARMA 3, the game where DayZ and PUBG came from, both DayZ and PUBG started out as ARMA multiplayer mods that became so popular they decided to make the mods into a standalone game.

That was what they wanted people to think. They have used the algorithm to load video game footage into news feed stuff with slick named titles. That creates an impression with some that this is "news" and when you call it out as a skeptic they play dumb and act like you should have known. Ask yourself have you ever had video game footage come up on your account before now? I know I haven't had this stuff because I don't play these games.

@Ironmonkey103 I'm watching this on a smart phone.... the video title is long enough that the 'military simulation and ARMA' part are on the next line that's not seen unless I click the arrow to see the whole title. It almost seems deliberately done like that, and most people won't look for the whole title. But I do like to read the comments and that's where I learned this isn't in Ukraine like 'they' want one to think.

It's video game footage. Look at the fake trees when it gets close up and how the light doesn't look right. The trees look like World of Tanks trees for God's sake. This isn't real. Even the audio has none of the sharp cracks and crispness of real combat audio. They are using the Ghost of Kyiv 2.0 on you guys.

Arma 3

It is ARMA 3, has been out for 10 years with tons of awesome mods and dlc that is mainly free. Fun Fact: DayZ and PUBG originally started out as ARMA mods where they became so popular on multiplayer that the modders decided to make the mods into standalone games. The makers of Arma 3 hired the DayZ mod creator and made DayZ as a standalone game, and then the PUBG modder went and made PUBG himself under the same name after it became very popular on Arma.

Where do you find Jets to fly on Arma 3,there is a DLC but no campaign or multiplayer, just Heli's

@@rodergamesveteran go to Arma 3 single player then to editor, choose Map, go to air field, select what plane you want to fly on the list to the right, and place down the airplane where you want, double click the plane and select it as player then click test mission, you can fly wherever you want and enable sues to spawn whatever you want to blow up.

ARMA 3 has been out for 10 years now, I'm suprised more people dont know about this considering the most popular game of all time literally started out as a ARMA mod.

That is one that I think was likely a propaganda ploy too. Look at the so called "thermoberic weapon" discharge in mid combat. That was done to make people think that this was actual Russian hardware when it was Azov getting hammered by Russian artillery and using a mock up to make it appear Russian. The weapon goes off without purpose or reason and it looks like a Hollywood effect from Marvel Universe movies. They just hid the facts and incompetence behind mock ups and sent the nazi crash test dummies into the Russian meatgrinder. That way they could make it a win win for their long term objectives. Clever but not useful in determining what is going on in the fighting.

Fake? It does say simulation and Arma 3 right in the title. Before clicking on it, I already knew it was Arma gameplay.

Although it is click baity for those who don't play Arma. Most RU-vid arma videos start the title with "Arma" where this title has it at the very end. Considering what is going on in Ukraine, I think it is in poor taste.

@@markp2085 Yeah and it isnt by accident that this got 373,000 views in the first 12 hours it was released on a 10 year old video game. My phone doesn't show the title with the word simulation so maybe it depends on the device.

It says "5 attack helicopters shot down KA 52".... yadda yadda and you don't see anything about simulation on the main title. Are you on a pc or a tablet? I am on a phone right now and it says nothing about Arma3 until the last word of the drop down menu.
