Can i resharpen The endmill On my benchgrinder? Does a 60 grit wheel work well for carbide?

forget it. it will be hell of unbalanced and instantly snap off. considering you use a diamond grinding wheel, which is necessary.

I dont think tormach can hold a sub micron tolerances over any dimension not even one cm.

В принципе и на 4 осевом можно было б сделать. А так да, прикольно.

Ok great, It produces chips. What I want is 2 separate items to fit together. How about a 1/2" dia bearing to press fit into a machined hole made by a 1/4 inch end mill and NOT have the bearing fall out. Another, I would like a taped hole using a #65 drill and tap it 00-90. The thickness of the metal is 1/4" aircraft aluminum.

This tool is serious overkill if all you're looking for is a cheap chinesium machine

@@lazyh-online4839 yea your correct. To install a bearing you have to hold tolerances. The hole must be the same size as the bearing. If you shear the sides of the part while installing the bearing. The bearing will not go to the bottom. This big machine should do this. I'm hopeing if this one can pull it off so can a smaller one. The drill thing sounds simple. The drill i specked is 0 .029. The machine must change the drill to get to the 00-90 tap and find the hole. The tap is brittle if you miss the hole the tap breaks. There for it can't hold torerance

@@gregsandy6560 What exactly are you waffling on about? I'm pretty sure this machine could hold the tolerance required for a bearing. If it has the capability for rigid tapping, it'll tap your hole too. Your requirements are pretty simple
