The house is nice and the square footage is okay. A few drawbacks: it feels cold and boxy. Too much tile, the entire house is tiled. Hardwood flooring would've given this house warmth and character, especially in the living areas. The kitchen was okay, but could be bigger and more open. The bedrooms are basic, really just a box and nothing more. Seems like there's no yard space either. Nowhere for kids to kick a ball or the dogs to run around. Could've been a great house, but the developer lacked imagination.

No honey. When realtors put furniture in houses, it's called staging. It's supposed to help the buyer be able to see what each room is used for so they can visualize themselves living there, which makes them want to buy the house even more. If you want the furniture too you can have your agent write it into the offer but it will most likely cost you more than the listing price.
