Mr. Adamson Good morning, I personally would like to know why Houses/ properties are sold in USD in Ghana and not in cides. Do you know that by selling Houses/properties in USD put more value on the USD and devalue the Cides because there would be more demand for the USD, and the demand for the cides could be less on the world market; and as all economies know, demand and supply determines the price. Can you please imagine going to the United states of America and see properties and other commodities priced in Cides? The answer is NO. Then, Ghanas please stop promoting the USD and put more value on the Cides by promoting our Cides. By the way, let all Africans stop selling anything in other currencies rather than their own. Would it be fair to say English is a global language? The USA Dollar is a global currency. There's no other reason, that is just how things work in Ghana, as a matter of fact in most countries.

I think many people dont know about one thing or dont think about one thing ghana isnt necessarily cheaper than the US for example if you go to a grocery store you will pay 10.50 USD for a big jar of Nutella or 5 dollars for a box of cereal

Do not like the floor plan. The house does not flow. So if a person buys this house they need to share the space with the other house on the same property.
Nice home. Thought you said it was just a maid living there? That home is occupied by a family. But the family who living in her house now could have straighten up the place since it was being shown. Very nice priced, but need to clean and then load another video to show the house to give respect to the Doctors hard work of having a nice home. The TLC needed is no problem. The grounds are nice. Is there a shower in the master bath? Is there a gate house?
Stop ranting on about doctor, no one cares. Is the house worth the price or not?! Asking price does not reflect what the house offers. Maybe the asking price is for the westland area itself.
235k I actually like that house and would use the rest of the money cleaning and getting rid of most of the stuff in there. Would keep the maid only, if she married or have a boyfriend and children then they can move next door with the other family.
