This modern house design at its widest sits at 6.25 meters width and a length of 20.75 meters. The design contains:
1 Kitchen & Dining
1 Living room
1 Guest toilet
1 Hidden pantry
4 Bedrooms
1 Office (Doubles as 5th Bedroom)
The master bedroom in this design is lavishly designed to feel like a modern hotel suite with views overlooking the pool and tropical plants.

You have such a gift when it comes to marrying the indoor with the outdoor spaces. Its uniquely your style and I absolutely love it every time. I always look at your vids several times because there's always things to take note of. For this design I loved the ventilation blocks, office and master bath. The garden and pool views are always my favourite.

Your videos are superb. Only thing you might want to re-consider is the background music. I am sure it can get a little better.

What a beautiful design, though if you wanted the house to be comfortable you would need to turn that hidden room into a mech closet for the air handler, water heater, and main breaker box. Unless you wanted to pay a lot more up front for mini-split style AC/heating. I'm hooked, though, I would happily live in that house.
