My favorite is the ottoman table. ❤❤ Quick question...why do you sand between each coat of the polyurethane? I always see this but never understood why. Thank you for sharing all of these wonderful projects. ❤
That's my favorite too! Sanding in between coats gets rid of any brushstrokes and fine particles that may have settled. It also strengthens the bond of each coat! 😊💓
As Stefani mentioned it removed the particles and brush strokes. I have brushed on my urethane let it dry and sand with fine sandpaper between coats also I then use a tack cloth to remove dust particles before I apply the next coat. When done properly if you run your hand over the finish, it’s very smooth.
