I don't want to pay a subscription. If i cannot view the SD card on its own I want a REFUND. There was no mention of a subscription in the advert for the system.

Their pop up advertisement covers my alerts on my SD card and I am unable to watch it. I don't want to upgrade to cloud storage. This is so unfair to be pushed into buying their services

If I review and delete the SD chip daily I do not see a big need for the cloud storage

I don't have a problem subscribing to your YI cloud, the problem is since I got charged for subscription a couple month ago, I lost all the enjoyment of the camera (No connection at all). my other camara with no subscription works fine. Do you have any solution before I cancel my subscription?

the app does not allow me, a week ago to see my camera videos saved in the memory, send this annoying message to upload my account to premium, I do not want to upload my videos to your cloud .. I bought this camera because I could save local storage my videos.

Absolute trash. Stop begging for subscription fees and ADD BACK features you removed from SD users. Maybe fix the app so it doesn't randomly stop notifications or recordings.

I bought two cameras and paid extra insurance to cover them. One is not working on the motion, it goes to the right won’t come back to the left I want it replaced. I am not having any luck with anybody responding to this. I want it sorted.

I paid for the cloud service on October of this year. I get the notification that someone is on my property but when I go to the cloud on video is uploaded. I have contacted customer service with no help. Where can I get the address card for my camera. Please help!

The benefit that I see with the CloudPlay storage is that if an intruder comes and takes your camera, they also have the SD card, so the Cloudplay seems like the best bet if the video/snap shot can be played back for future reference. I talked to a rep about this scenario with another brand in which just the memory card is used and they said that an intruder can be seen in the video history on the app. I don't know how dependable that would be for future playback reference ?

I don't have cable TV service so I don't have Wi-Fi either I just have the internet through my phone and I'm not here all of the time and I would like to be able to catch someone right in the ACT not just on camera but having the camera catch them and have me intercept them before they could get away with my goods

I bought 3 of the cameras, they worked very well for almost a year, then first one started messing up with static covering about half of the screen, then the other two also the same crap. I’d rather just throw them away than keep messing with the POS’S

Basically i can't get the camera to record. Tge camera keep looping stating fail to pair to wifi. Please place the pin inside the hole to rest the camera. What do i do now? What's a good customer service number to call?

Can I leave the Kami wireless camera recording all day?! Or is it limited to 6 second motion recording?! Also will the camera continue to record after each 6 second motion detect if the motion is still present?! Thanks

Great question! You can adjust the recording time from 6 sec up to 60 sec. This can be adjusting from the recording tab in the camera settings. You can also increase the alert frequency to capture more. The wife-free has a cool-down period and having it record continually would drain the power incredible fast. Turning up record time and alert frequency will he'll mitigate this.

It is illegal asking subscription. I am using my internet, my camera and my own storage, why do I need subscription. When they were selling the camera, they do not say that after 6 months they disactivate camera transmission. This is cheating and not worth buying Kami Cameras.

If powers turned off. Do you still keep recording or not ? when power goes off? someone keeps come in apt w keys and office denied . Am handicap an tired of harassment.
