Absolutely not; it's just a standard working class area of a city, and old St Mellons has some of the most premium property in Cardiff
Rubbish! St Mellons is a DUMP. I should know, I've been past there on the bus and was appalled by what I saw, and terrified when the bus broke down right in the middle of that dump!

This list is trash... judging by the pictures you put up for the bad areas, crime is the main reason you decided they were bad and yet you put docks and the city center on the best when they have way more danger from crime than the bad areas you chose... the only 2 which made sense for bad areas was ely and adamsdown 😆 should have taken st mellons, llanrumney and riverside off this list and put down splott, trowbridge and tremorfa ya dafty they're all alot worse
What about lisvane in the worst area???..I once saw a man in an Armani suit who got into his porsche..SLAMMED the door..and REVVED the engine very loudly..now if that doesn't deserve a place in the worst areas .I don't know what does
@@petehall1985 I spent most of my life in and around roath and it rly isnt great, I prefer penylan and these days you'l prolly get stabbed. The bay now isnt what it was 30 odd years ago all expensive flats and modern buildings but grangetown on the otherhand is awful I must agree
I live in st melons and the only 2 parts I don't like is that the nabors are lazy people they throw they stuff in MY FRONT YARD AND MOSTLY ONLY MINE and the school atleast the one I am In the primary school is soo BAD the people are nice but for example if u are in year 4 U WOULD BE LEANING 9 AND 11 AND 6 TIMES TABLE LIKE THAT IS STUFF FOR WHEN U ARE IN YEAR 7 OR 8 IT'S RATHER THAT IT'S BAD AND THEY THINK THEY ARE TEACHING A HIGH SCHOOL OR I AM JUST STUPID I SWEAR!!🙄
Nonsense. I live in St Mellons is of two parts, towards the Trowbridge area isn’t not great, Trowbridge is really rough. The east part of St Mellons is very nice with some expensive houses, most are 400k going up to 800k. Ely has to be one of the worst and I used to live there and you have it at number 5? You ain’t got a clue.
