I love this question, always ask it too. Just started arm wrestling and I think the two go hand in hand.... literally. Arm wrestling can show case the strength that calesthenics provides. There's a big learning curve just like in calesthenics....but the power that I have inside my body from doing Chris's regimine, will be instrumental at the table one I figure out how to harness it properly.

Chris may not be the strongest athlete in the world (there always will be stronger) but he’s definitely the biggest inspiration for a lot of people (including me). I’ll get stronger soon Chris and I will someday hold a full Planche with you at the LA Fit Expo 💪🏼 Keep dropping quality video like these. You rock even more lately.

Broke my arm last year and had 2 surgeries, have 3 plates in my arm now and everytime i do those kind of exersises i feel them, but your vids have inspired me so much to just start and bite through the pain and the result is great! (The doctor said i couldn’t do any damage even when it hurts)
