Hi! Can you please share some brand names of GHEE that you suggest. Which is better: 100 calories or 120 calories? Can you do a video really breaking down the types of GHEE that are available on the market currently that are the most close to having been made in India. I’ve seen brands such as: Ancient Organics, Mementa and a variety on Amazon…what specific details on the labels and in the ingredients should we look for? I cannot make my own at this time❤???Please help.
I've had so many doctors tell me to eat bananas, none ever explained why. Rice I've always avoided thinking it was an empty starch. So many doctors and so many dieticians but none gave me the information you share. THANK YOU!
You are saying that curd, ghee are good for gut? But most of the nutritionist said to not eat those dairy products. Because there is casein in those dairy products. And casein is not good for gut.
Great video 🙏 but when I eat rice my blood sugar goes 200 to 400 and steal hole night after insulin not going down, I try with protein and I taking one small portion of rice 🙏
Please when you make video giving information please don't have background music playing at the same time. Thank you for teaching me new ways to care for myself. Best wishes from Ireland 🇮🇪 to you and your family and subscriber's

Rice contents a lot of different lectins which destroy gut. That's the problem , even if it' a good source of food for a friendly bacteria.By the way,the same story with legumes, but their lectins can be destroyed if cooked in a high pressure pot
