As a runner i agree that kettlebell workouts are by a long way the best complements to most sports. Especially the single arm ones where cross body stabilisation is paramount. My knee problems are a thing of the past and my glutes are constantly firing without even trying !!!
Lol they don’t use them. You could argue it’s good for overall health but it’s not going to improve cycling performance, none of these are even cycling specific
@@BirdLisa lots of studies show strength training can improve performance in *some* people. I’m not trying to bag on strength training I think its great for overall health and longevity if you do the right movements (not these), but if you really want to try and do it for a performance gain on the bike i think youre looking in the wrong place
