I'd like to mention Vice Admiral Jonathan One of the few Vice Admirals that are actually good people. Instead of wanting to catch the Straw Hats like everyone else, he wanted his men to do it so they could prove that their base was worthy enough to be recognised and not get shut down. A calculating and patient man. As a non canon scene, He even participated in the Summit War
G-8 will go down in history as one of the best filler arcs in existence, and nobody can tell me otherwise! I honestly wish Oda would just say "G-8 is canon", because it would fit so seamlessly into the storyline, and of course, the GOAT Con D. Oriano would be canon!
Daddy is vaguely cannon, he was designed by oda and was supposed to face ussop at logtown in the manga but was cut for time. Oda said that ussop did face him but we never saw it in the manga, so even though he doesn’t actually appear he does still technically exist in canon
I believe if Oda does like a non-canon character he’ll retroactively make them canon. Also I remember seeing something about Oda saying that sometimes he’ll request the anime add in something that he didn’t have time to put into the manga.
@@OmegaQuinn in this case it’s the second one, he was originally planned for the manga but was cut for time. Although I don’t really get the point of your comment bc you basically just repeated my point
@Barrett1 I googled it. All of the results say that he isn’t canon but I couldn’t find any clear proof. The closest thing to proof I found was “It cannot be canon because Douglas would have been able to use Conquerors Haki with his physical attacks”
@Valfalk24 that doesn't mean he isn't a canon character. Like Uta is a canon character but she's not in the manga. She just hasn't appeared yet nor is she as strong as she was in the movie
Definitely Gild Tesoro(if he met Dragon, I could see him offering his money to him and the Revolutionaries), Byrnndi World(I could see him joining up with the Blackbeard Pirates), Daddy Masterson, Z/Zephyr, and Douglas Bullet.🏴☠️ I also see these characters being canon:Lily Enstomach, Mad Treasure, Gasparde, and Carina.
@@rapidcougar3785 you re gonna be super silent for quite some time bcz you aint gonna find a source confirming bullet as canon and that stupid comment of urs will rotten here... anyway, bullet doesnt deserve to be even at the top 10 spot
Hot take: Gil Tesoro is a better Doflamingo character than Doflamingo. This is because Tesoro _wasn't_ a Celestial Dragon, but was traumatized by their torment of him into becoming a self-made Celestial. He really is the story of the victim becoming a victimizer, exemplifying the cycle of harm that the Celestial Dragons propogate. Doflamingo's backstory would have been better if young Corazon & Doflamingo's personalities were swapped, having Doflamingo be the quiet one until he snapped and Corazon being the loud obnoxious one until he learned to be quiet and listen.
He and shiki are both canon. Their backstories are established in the story, with rocks having shiki on board and Z training the former OG admirals. The only thing that isn’t canon, are the movies where the straw hats actually meet them. The characters themselves, exist in verse.
No one character has been forgotten and they were in a filler ark in one piece between sky pia and water 7 it was the CPA dark the commander of it Jonathan
@@GrantstaHe is absolutely not canon, hahaha. He appeared in an anime-only scene of a predominantly canon episode. That doesn't mean he's a part of Oda's vision of the world 😂
Gonna hit everybody with the original throwback Tobio. End of the 1st movie the Strawhats swore to meet up with him again after they accomplished their Dreams
Nah, Zephyr better than Bullet in every way. Bullet was such a boring villain, just a big guy who stoles the hour of movie. And Z....... Z was a really good character with some depth, and played a huge role in the story. One of the best one piece antagonists EVER! If Zephyr was canon its literally can add some depth into golden admiral trio characters. And he literally having a stones that can erase islands, and his own army. its can add soo much good and cool things into main story
Zephyr was the anime's take on a Whitebeard villain, but I don't like him. His plan is to destroy the New World and everyone in it, all to prevent people from dying to pirates. I don't see the reasoning. I'd pick Jonathan over him.
I wish Zephyr and Douglass had been canon cause then we might have gotten to see more of them and their lore, and they also may have filled in some gaps in the lore for us
Daddy Masterson is canon bruh. He just was irrelevant since he showed up in the early days before Usopp even changed his goggles. I think that he would lose like a bitch to current Usopp tho
Over half of this characters are canon: Tesoro, Bullet and Zephyr exist in the One Piece World, it's just that the movie events they appear didn't happen, and Masterson I think is just full canon But between this and the "5 characters blablabla, number 6" I think this was just written by an AI
Despite him being in a movie like other characters on this list burn D world is canon. 3d2y is the only officially canon movie sonce it doesn't completely impact the main plot.
Bro. World is insane. Also, what do you mean. Masterson is canon. That’s the episode Usopp got his goggles from. I mean he challenged Usopp for the goggles anyway
Yall dont know shit about Kuzan. He is not "for" or "with" Blackbeard. Dude is playing a long con. That blizzard he made in Whole Cake: he had no allies there so saw an opportunity to gain more trust with Blackbeard. Im just curious how Borsalino will react to Sentamaru getting hand pistoled by Lucci
Isn't this a countdown of the most powerful Non-canon characters rather than the best written. Cause if it's about the best characters Vice Admiral Jonathan would be on the list and Douglas Bullet would be nowhere near the list.
Z is canon. He and Shiki are alike in the facts that while they exist in verse, as shiki is confirmed canon to the original rocks crew and Z trained the former 3 OG admirals we know, their movies are not. Those films are more “what ifs” as opposed to something being 100% fabricated, like the marine garp trained. Can’t call a character non canon when their backstory’s have been established in published material.
