Really needed this one, Ryan. Due to a bad car accident I've had numerous shoulder, neck and back surgeries and have a hard time working out those areas. Every exercise I can find, and try, helps my mobility. Great post. Cheers from Florida.
Posterior kickbacks with the barbell or dumbbell are incredibly humbling. An old school bodybuilder showed fhese to me years ago, but I had never tried them supported on the bench. Great finisher. Love it! Thank you!

Man in the last month or lil more I've been pre exhausting b4 working sets..... 300% better and it has made a noticeable size improvement! I'm back in LOVE with working out again! I had no idea how inefficient ive been at building mass. It is UNREAL. I watch every video i find of yours. Love the content!

I don't have a routine ...I lift every other day ...push pull body weight squats and leg press ...total body every other day....I don't know if it's right or is the proper way ...I go to let off stem! I sincerely want to thank you for giving me your knowledge !!!

To anyone whos on the fence about his program i can vouch for his garage program. By the end of the 30 day mark my legs grew an inch and a half and i have already been lifting consistently and training properly for about 4 years. His programs are brutal but they work

Since I've picked up a rear delt excerise in previous video, it has really helped. In true fashion it made me realize just how weak I was. Can't...move...arms
I have been trying to focus more on my shoulders and I am finally starting to see some results, except the rear delts seems to be growing slower so thanks for these tips

I started working out my rear delts and all of my shoulder pain was GONE!!!! I use to have pain when i would bench or any type of shoulder press, well NOT ANYMORE. Thank you !!!!
I personally enjoy doing exercise nr 4, the three first exercies can be abit akward to do if ur in a public gym. hats of for the good content, keep it up.
