My brother completed his btech in civil engineering and has an experience of 6 months as a site engineer, since he did not like the politics and work life balance later he shifted to software side and worked as a software engineer for 2 years. Now he said he just want to do masters in us in any of the civil course like construction management/ any course. I don't know what to say to him is it ok to shift back to construction side for masters or can i advice him to take masters in software side only?

Practice practice practice. Join an English speaking class, start recording videos of your self practicing English and reading news paper or books. Read a book and make a summary video in English. That’s how you can build your vocabulary and English skills.

Make a list of 10 colleges from the above states and message me on Instagram. You can find all the info online. Start looking in Universities Websites and see what programs they offer. Create a list of 10.
Don’t know much, look at cost, how far is it from major city and if seniors are getting jobs after graduation. Texas is a good state like I said. But at the end of the day your skill matters the most.
