1:58 No brainer. Semiconductor and AI stocks will dominate 2024. Why I prefer NVIDIA is that they are better placed to maintain long term growth potential, and provide a platform for other AI companies. That's a great analogy and I love the insight. Professionals could make a really big difference in investing, and I think everyone should have one. There are aspects of market trend that is difficult for the untrained eyes to see. I have made more than 350% through semiconductor stocks under my estateplanner(fa) by alternative investing. Finfluencers like these will present a rosy picture to you ALWAYS because this attracts more people to their channel. When markets take really a bad turn and continue for years, all your investments can go to waste. Akshat when you mention that HDFC Bank doubled its profits in 3 years, you should also tell people that it includes the effect of the merger with HDFC, and hence it seems that the profits have been doubled in 3 years. In reality, the standalone bank business has not doubled in 3 years.

The way market is rn its highly likely to keep following upward trend coz of rate cuts and bjp almost sure chances of repeating govt, hugh amounts coming in from SIP , DII . Even rn FII are selling in india market but its not falling coz of indian investors but whenever rate cuts happens be it 3 months or a year FII will come flooding back . And the way psu have rallied its better to buy banks or other industries that haven't performed rather than going after stocks that have 2-3X in last year or two. Thought the market is at alltime high and the right time to buy was 6-12 months back but even rn a sensible investor can find good stocks or u can just hold ur portfolio if u dont wanna take risky investments. Yes the market will fall but it will still take 18-24 months before it becomes too oversold and sever correction takes place

I have different opinion ..I like his analysis and get motivation more after seeing his own investment. It shows he is not bluffing, he is supporting his analysis and he himself invests based on same. Now we need to take decision on our own based on own analysis and information.

I'll tell you this from experience, it's always better to use an actual market expert in situations like this so you don't end up losing your hard-earned funds. They know their way around the taxes and the market better. Just like you, I don't stay in the US, I stay in Canada but made my first six digits last year only after more than a year of losing a lot of my hard-earned funds through trial and error investing through the US market.
