First. Out of many, many, many Paya street vendors, He is the second vendor who gives you a larger serving size and also gives a larger piece o whole paya, not just the bone marrow and no meat. Majority I have seen are so stingy, they don't even give you a bowl serving but a tiny, tiny plate wwith the broth and you have to use a hand-held lens to look for either marrow or a single bite of meat.these paya vendors must be all rich based on the tiny serving size they sell!
