On the part of Kanelbulle, the one that looks mass produced are the traditional Kanelbulle, the ones that look woven are practically the same, you just cut them in a diffrent way before baking them.
They had the meatballs at the restaurant at Soliden, Skansen. I would not recommend it for meatballs in Stockholm. You are far better of at 'Pelikan' (on Södermalm) or 'Tennstopet' (near Odenplan in Vastastan), and I've heard 'Blå Dörren' (the blue door) on Södermalmstorg/Slussen make good meatballs nowadays.
4:55 woow that was expensive even for me i live in sweden 375, and 445 is 46,9$ US for a meal Thats to expensive even for us swedes, we pay around 9$ - 17$ for kebab and turkish food, or chinese/thai, unless we`r going to a really really nice resturant
If you pause the video at 4:57 Dutchified kindly put on the menu of that particular restaurant and for that meal costing 445 kr, that is equivelant to 46 dollars and almost 42 euros. for one simple dish. Too expensive.
Sweden has wonderful street food! The last time I was there I had some delicious fish and chips, some pizza and also had a waffle filled with the most delicious ice cream and fruit and this was just in Gamla Stan or Old Town.
